Full Spectrum Psychotherapy recognizes that raising our level of spiritual consciousness is the purpose of our existence here on planet Earth.  How to advance spiritually is a question that many have been attempting to answer for thousands of years.

The process of combining the four elements we have described,

  • Traditional Therapy
  • The Enneagram
  • Meditation Practice
  • Regression Therapy

brings together many of the traditions that have claimed to have found "The Path" to Spiritual Enlightenment.  "The Way" is actually multifaceted as each element is interwoven into a complex matrix.

When we begin on the path of personal and spiritual growth we start by walking down one way only to collide into another important element.  This requires us to take a momentary side trip so that this new truth can be incorporated into the now more complete matrix.  Each piece is an opportunity for spiritual advancement.

In working with many clients over the years I have come to realize that those who diligently dive into the process of combining Traditional Psychotherapy, The Enneagram, Meditation Practice, and Regression Therapy rapidly increase their level of consciousness as they continually crisscross the endless web of their spiritual essence.  Which, they come to realize, is but one web that includes all spirits.

Case example:  A man who is an Enneatype 7, whose primary issue is gluttony, struggles with substance abuse and is not able to take life seriously.  Having fun was his stated goal in life.

His first Past-Life Regression found him living during the decline of the French court.  There he was a rich bachelor appreciating the many frivolities of the times.  His French court life ended prematurely from over consumption of alcohol.

After the regression, traditional therapy methods enabled him to process the sadness he experienced upon seeing that this present life was a rerun heading toward the same demise.  He used his meditation practice to move inward and experience his true spiritual essence.

Wanting to advance rather than remain stuck in his excessive patterns, he soon gave up his self defeating habits and took on the responsibilities of adult life.  His first Life Between-Lives Regression showed him that in his current life his soul group members were in roles very close to him, purposefully creating a support system that maximized his chances of overcoming patterns that had been rerunning for many lives.  This spirit is likely to take a quantum leap forward in his spiritual growth in this life.

Case example:  A very successful and gifted healer who is a married Enneatype 3 was struggling with deceit.  At our first session she disclosed that she had been having an affair for 6 years.  Much of her energy went into the complexities of not getting caught by her husband.

Because of the importance of her image in the community she was unable to leave her husband.  Her first Past-Life Regression took her to a life in England where she had an affair with her best friend's husband.  The husband left his wife, who, upon finding out why their marriage failed, killed herself.

After the regression this woman was horrified to realize that the same issue of deceit was now running her current life.  Worse yet, the best friend in the past-life was her sister in her current life.

Psychotherapy helped this woman come to greater understanding of her self destructive pattern.  She was also able to see that deceit, as an Enneatype 3, was her primary issue.

The first Life Between-Lives regression revealed that her sister was in her soul group and had contracted to help her overcome her issue of deceit.  Meditation helped this woman go inward and let go of the deceitful pattern.  She soon decided to end her current life affair.  Ending the affair became an opportunity to end a pattern of many past lives.

These brief case studies demonstrate that to advance spiritually requires fully experiencing the interplay between the physical world and the spiritual world.  Regression Therapy makes this possible.  Advancement depends on our ability to know and to make better choices based on the information we are able to gather.

Knowing our Enneatype illuminates our primary issue which, when unconscious, will adversely affect all of our lives.  Psychotherapy helps us to make sense out of what appears as chaos otherwise.  We can begin to see how the threads traverse the complex matrix.  Our meditation practice enables us to move inward, center, balance, and then move out into the world again, able to see more clearly the interconnection between the central players on the stage we know as planet Earth.

The combination of these 4 elements enables us to rapidly raise our level of personal and spiritual consciousness so that we can better serve humanity.
